Patients Without Insurance
For patients who do not have dental insurance we have the following discount plans:

  1. Personal Premium: with this plan you received 25% discount of all services provided in this office. A yearly payment of $159 is required.
  2. Family Premium (2 adults and 2 children until 18 years old): with this plan you will receive 25% of all services provided in this office.  A yearly payment of $289 is required.

First Time Visit

For patient without insurance we have a introductory fee of $89 that consist of 2 bite wing X-rays (0272), exam (0150) and a “cleaning” (1110 or 4355).  Please, when you call mention the introductory fee for appropriated credit.


Financing
We provide payment plans with and without credit check.  We work with companies like CareCredit, Citi Health and Chase when payment plans are made with credit check.  In-house office financing is offered through personal check for qualified cases
