Saved my trip! Suffering a sudden extremely painful tooth ache while in Orlando for a conference I was referred to Dr. Chavez. His staff offered me an immediate emergency appointment. After x-rays and his exam he offered me the choice of doing phase 1 of a root canal on the painful tooth allowing me to have phase 2 completed when I returned home to Ventura, California. The second choice was a pain management protocol along with antibiotics to tide me over until I got back to my own dentist in Ventura. I selected Dr Chavez' second option. Later that same evening the pain continued to worsen. I realized option 1 was needed as soon as possible. I called his service around 7:30 pm and explained my need. Dr Chavez called me within a few minutes and said he could make room for me in his schedule the next morning at 7:00am. He said he could have me back to my conference for my first meeting. When I arrived at his office I was greeted by his friendly receptionist and was quickly ushered into one of his treatment rooms by his assistant Nancy. When Dr. Chavez greeted me he made me laugh and comforted me saying he could take care of my pain. I relaxed. He has a gentle, confident touch injecting the sore area with novocain. He then went to work on the root canal. The result: I left his office an hour later pain free and back to my conference with time to spare. I remain pain free. I will see my local Dr. this week to have him finish the process. Congratulations Dr. Chavez for your creating a warm, caring high quality service team AND a great sense of humor. You made me laugh. Thank you very much.

Phenomenal. I have been terrified of the dentist since a young age and have many issues needing attended to because I had avoided seeing a dentist for over 10 years. Dr. Chavez is very patient and understanding - he really does listen to his patients and takes the utmost care to ensure your comfort and put your anxieties at ease. I have had X-rays, cleaning, extraction, fillings on 5 teeth, and a veneer done by him and the quality of work is outstanding. To put things in perspective: Dr. Chavez had me go outside in the sunlight with a mirror to make sure the color of my fillings were perfect. I have seen a lot of local practitioners to get an idea of what I needed to do to get back on track with my dental health - none were as reasonable or realistic as Dr. Chavez. I was provided options that would work for me and my budget.
The staff is equally great - they all seem to care about patients and treat them like people instead of a number.
As embarrassed as I am about how bad my teeth were starting out I have attached a before and after of my most recent procedure to show the quality of work and attention to detail.

I've been coming here for years. They're very thorough in their procedures and clean. Provide soothing music and television for those who are waiting room. Its quick and easy. You can ask em plenty of questions. Its important you make an appointment or you'll have to wait for a long period.
Dr. Chavez and his staff are absolutely wonderful. They take the time to personally get to know you and always make the patients feel welcomed. Dr. Chavez and staff also works hard to get you scheduled asap and get your proceedures done in a timely manner. I moved and had to change dentists and I have not been given the level of care anywhere else that Dr. Chavez gives his patients. I highly recommend Lancaster Dental!

It's always a pleasure. Dr. Chavez is a wonderful dentist who is personable and professional. His staff is awesome. My appointment time was rescheduled to 4/30 at 7 a.m.

Went and had a teeth cleaning . Hadn't been in a while . The staff was friendly and the doctor came and introduced himself. My hygienist was very informative and furrow. Would recommend.

I highly recommend Dr Chavez for any of your dental needs. He is the most patient, professional and knowledgeable dentist I've ever known. After a terrible experience with another dentist, who made a horrible bridge for my 6 front teeth, he patiently heard all of my frustrations and painful experiences and took the time to explain what he could do for me and now I have a bridge that is very comfortable and beautiful. I am so grateful to Dr Chavez and his staff. They all really care and make you feel like family or a friend, not just another patient
Dr. Chavez was so kind and understanding of my emergent dental needs! I was unsure of where to go when I had extreme dental pain from a fractured tooth and cavity while on vacation in Disneyworld, especially since it happened on a Saturday evening! Dr. Chavez ended up coming in on Sunday, his day off, to resolve my pain. He worked quickly and thoroughly and made sure I fully understood everything that I needed to do to recover and maintain great dental health

I only chose this office because I needed to see a dentist asap. I didn't expect such kind , professional staff and such an awesome dentist!
He also did a cleaning and unlike my previous dentists I have used, he was very careful. Again, thorough and the cleaning did not hurt. Awesome dentist and staff. I recommend 100%!!!!!
